Grass finished as well as grain finished available, order by the mixed quarter, side or whole beef. Now available as well is 20 and 40 pound assorted boxes. When you are ready to make your order just click on the desired product. A deposit will be required upon order confirmation at which time you will be asked which meat processor you would like to use and you will receive an order form of how you would like your product cut up. Specialty products such as sausages, jerky, smoked ham or bacon will be extra. Total cost will be calculated when hot hanging weight has been measured at which time you will be sent an invoice of the total amount. Average sizes are: whole beef 670-730 lbs, side 300-350 lbs. Quarter 150-180 lbs. The total balance will be required on or before delivery.
